Long Time, No See

WOW! I cannot believe how fast time has flown! Adam and I have been EXTREMELY busy and unfortunately some things in our life have been placed on the back burner, AKA the house blog! We got locked out and really had no way of getting in! We had our inspection and it went really well! The day after our inspection we had our first walk through with the builder! When we arrived the crew was already working on fixing things that we found on our inspection! I was impressed by the turn around! We have one more walk through before closing and then the house is OURS! Wednesday morning we have our final walk through and if all is well we will go ahead and close that afternoon! I cannot believe how fast time has flown and that it is finally here! My parents are coming down on Wednesday to help us move and I cannot begin to thank them enough! We have slowly started the packing process and have been living out of boxes for the past week or so! Here are some pictures!!!

Hello, again! Sorry for the delay! Adam went last night and saw that we had some landscaping done! We also had air conditioning and sprinklers! I can no longer go to the house on Monday nights because I have Huntsville Community Chorus! It has been challenging to get into the house too because it is LOCKED and I mean LOCKED (windows, doors, etc.)!!!

Where The Sidewalk Ends

Our sidewalk and drive way were poured earlier this week! We have been so busy I have not had time to post the pictures! We also went today and we are officially LOCKED OUT! But the workers were working in it so we snuck in! We have tile floors in the bathrooms and laundry room, and we have our cabinets!! We also have our pillars outside! Woo hoo! It is coming together!

We chose a darker tile for the laundry area because that is where most of the mud will be tracked in!  (We should have chosen red tiles with the kind of dirt we have down here!)
